Ölgerðin was recognized for excellence in corporate governance

Today, 18 Icelandic companies were awarded the title of "Exemplary Company in Corporate Governance". The recognition is granted by Stjórnvísi, the Iceland Chamber of Commerce, the Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise, and Nasdaq Iceland, according to the announcement. The companies recognized are: Alvotech, Arion banki, Eik fasteignafélag, Fossar fjárfestingarbanki, Heimar, Icelandair Group, Íslandssjóðir, Kvika banki, Orkan IS, Reiknistofa bankanna, Reitir fasteignafélag, Sjóvá, Skagi, Stefnir, VÍS, Vörður tryggingar og Ölgerðin Egill Skallagrímsson.
